We appreciate the feedback but we would have preferred to speak to Mr K. personally about his disappointment. We understand that his feedback was solicited and not submitted on his own. We were able to charge and check the batteries and get his Diesel Truck started. Then per his request we performed a complete check-over. During this check-over we found some repairs that would need to be performed by a Diesel specialist. We perform repairs and maintenance on all sorts of cars and light trucks but we don't specialize in Diesels. We did recommend a very reputable Diesel shop that was local. We can understand his disappointment that we could not perform these repairs but we are confident he will be pleased with the shop that we recommended.
