"The Ghost"
Oil pressure appeared to drop to zero or at least the oil pressure indicated so, however the guys at Sirianni gave it a physical and everything turned out ok. I always have the up most confidence in all they do.

Marile said when she first took her vehicle into this business, she told them what was wrong with it. They assured her that her vehicle would be fixed, but they also wanted to run a diagnostic test even though she already knew what the issue was. They called her a few days later and they found that their prediction for her vehicle's problem was incorrect. What she had suggested ended up being what was wrong, but their estimate was too high. She was unable to drive it to and from this facility, so she had to pay to have her vehicle towed twice. First to get her vehicle into this facility and then to another business. She is satisfied with Louie's customer service overall, but she was not happy with how her vehicle was handled this time. They wanted to charge her $200 to diagnose the problem even though their estimates are normally $50. She was able to pay the $50 for the diagnostic, but she lost a lot of money trying to get her vehicle fixed with them. She also took a second vehicle to them that they assured her they would service it. After discussing the price of their estimate being too high, they told her they would not service her second vehicle after all. She would recommend them for minor problems but not for work such as what was needed during this visit. It was unprofessional for them to tell her they knew about her vehicle even though she already explained what the problem was.
