"The service makes Snuder's great!"
Since I've been coming to Snyder's I have never been disappointed in the level and quality of service. Their prices are reasonable and their customer service exemplary...so much so that I trust them to assist me with my next Subaru purchase!

Julie said the staff at the facility was very pleasant and they were finished in a timely manner. She would not recommend them because she asked them to check her brakes and they told her they were fine. She brought her vehicle to her dealership for recall work shortly thereafter and was told the rear brakes were actually worn down. She had a feeling that was the case because they were making noise. She was not too pleased the facility lied to her and it makes her not ever want to go there again.

Julie I do want to apologize for any inconvenience we might have caused you. I can assure you that we did check your brakes and were completely honest with the findings. You had plenty of life left on the pads to get you through until spring! Here at Snyder's we do not try to sell our customers work that is not needed at that time, we try to save the customer money and time on there vehicle as to give it the longest life possible. Unfortunately there are local dealerships that will tell you that you need work done right then and there even if its not needed at the time just to make a sale (this is how they get paid) I know this because I used to work at that local dealership that does this. I was forced to leave due to unethical procedures. If there is anything we can do to help you in the future please reconsider us based on how we honestly do business!
