Easy to get to.
Great service. Thanks for letting me take the car home while you waited for the parts to come in. Only issue I had with the visit ,once the parts arrived, was you called my fleet service provider to approve the purchase of new tires but you forgot to tell me you were going to do extra work, thank goodness you had the nice waiting area so i could be a part of my meeting via calling in.

Took Last Minute Appointment
Made the appointment the morning of new years eve. Good service, though took long for an oil change and technician forgot to reset the maintenance reminder.

Friendly and Efficent Service
I brought my car in for a basic oil change and service. The service was done in the amount of time I was quoated and the staff was very friendly and professional. I've taken my car there for years and will continue to do so.

Deceptive Premium Maintenance Plan
The PREMIUM Maintenance Plan is a RIPP-OFF. It is sold deceptively. We will buy several more new cars in our lifetime NEVER Sound Ford.
