Thanks, Randy, Brandt and Candice!
I assumed that my car would be a low priority because I was eligible for a discount, but instead I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of customer service I received. Not only did they fix my numerous issues quickly, but the price was great and they found me a loaner car. Randy was courteous and followed up with me, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I'm just sorry about my lousy timing afterwards when I stopped by to say thanks (I hope they saved you a doughnut, Randy!).

Expensive for this midwesterner
The car works. Seems they fixed the car. I let them do everything on the list. It was just awful expensive.

Randy Parrot provides great customer service
I have schedualed several appointments through Randy Parrot and he always works to provide me with excellent customer care and to help save me money. This is why I keep returning to Sound Ford in Renton because I feel I can trust that my vehicle and my wallet will be taken care of and not taken advantage of. Dealership Service Dept. have a reputation of over charging the customer and doing unnecessary repairs. I have not found this to be the case with Sound Found in Renton.
