Did not meet expectations
Brought in car to fix roof leak on 3-month-old vehicle. Repairs took several days more than was initially estimated, leaving me without transportation for nearly a week. Glove box was not reinstalled correctly, so now I need to bring it back in to have that checked out.

Ford body shop in Burien
I have been dealing with this shop for years and I have found their service, quality of work and craftsmanship second to none.....and the customer service first rate.
As fare as Sound Ford in Renton goes I purchased a Ford Pickup in 2007 and paid cash for it the finance department treated me like a second class citizen and the service acted like I needed them more then they needed my business.
I wound not give Sound Ford of Renton the time of day.

my ford touch did not work
took my car to dealer for my ford touch problem twice. did not fix the problem.
My ford touch went to black again and again, I had to trade in for a new car on 04/18.
also I still did not receive the copy of my last service check list.
I called the manager twice regarding this issue, have not received any calls.

Great service reps
I am not sure of the young man who directly assisted me during my visit, but I believe his name was William Sharp. He went above and beyond what I expected in my vehicles service. I had two vehicles serviced April 24th. The first vehicle did not have the oil that I had requested and the service rep caught the mistake and sent it back to the shop to correct the situation before I had returned to pick up the vehicle. He was very helpful and courteous. After this experience, I would definitely trust him to oversee any service requests in the future.

Poor customer service
I took my car in for scheduled maintenance and was told it would take two hours for the maintenance and to fix a recall issue. I told them I didn't have time for the recall work that day, and the response from the service staff was rude and condescending. On top of that, my engine light went on the day after the oil change and inspection, and now I have to take the car back for a second look. If I hadn't pre-paid for regular maintenance, I would take my business elsewhere.

Poor Customer Service
Front Desk staff have bad attitudes. No greeting, immediately told me I was late, didn't even smile. Last time I got a free car wash after servicing my car and this time front desk told me they don't do free car washes.
