Disappointed
I was going to go on Yelp and rag on ya, but since you asked let say I was not please when I entered your service department. The guys working their seemed not willing to help. Their lack luster attitude did not make me feel that Sound Ford even wanted my business. In fact they told me to go else where, because they were to busy. Only to service my vehicle anyway through one of your business partners. Imagine my surprise to see that my vehicle had been serviced by the very company that said they were too busy.
So, here's a suggestion: When a customer comes in for service, and that customer is driving an old ford vehicle. "WARM MARKET COMES TO MIND". Why not have your service and sales departments coordinate some sort of customer retention program? The service department could send the customer's information up to the sales department and have a sales person waiting to speak with them while their vehicle is being checked out. While I was there I witness multiple sales associates just maintaining the lot with no customers. Just thought you would like to know. I might re-consider coming back to your location if I thought service would change and some type of feed back regarding my suggestions.

Randy has been consistently outstanding!
I've been generally happy with our 2012 Ford Escape, though I have some serious issues with FoMoCo concerning its towability. However, for every shop visit that I've had, Randy has bent over backwards to insure that I felt valued as a customer and that my time was respected. I consistently leave the dealership with "warm fuzzies" for it, though I remain unhappy with corporate Ford for some spectacularly inept design decisions.
Randy has consistently done an exceptional job of representing Sound Ford to me, as a customer. It would be wonderful if he could be cloned!

Pleasant & courteous staff
I was surprised to learn that owner advantage rewards are restricted to one dealership. I was charged $6.50 in unexplained misc shop supplies and did not question it at the time of service.

Excellente costumer service
I went to get my oil change for my explorer, it was really fast, they told me it was a nail in the tired and need be fix, when the guy check it very good, he said t was superficial and tired was no damage. they seem be very honest not like jiffy lub or some other places.

Really nice
They were friendly and sweet when I came in. The guy let me know that they could rotate my tired for free with the promotion that was one which was really nice and gave me a mail in rebate. Which I really appreciate since everything is so expensive now a days.
