"polite but incompetent "
I used to like the service here, I felt it to be genuine....but after my last experience, I see it is all smoke and mirrors and lies.... having my car a second time in a week...this time for four days, after paying for service and parts i warned where just replaced ... claiming to have driven it on freeways and such, and telling me " it appears to be fixed"....then it dies pulling out of the shops driveway....complete b.s. complete waste of time...and the shuttle driver was busy both times, and apparently doesn't pick up women who take the bus twice to pick a up a car that didn't ever get looked at or fixed....just shoved to the side and "just tell her we looked at it" because you only used up all my gas both times, and didn't fix the problem. I was dismissed and treated like I didn't know what I was talking about, and I will not be returning to this business....also, stop emailing me please. I gave u the benefit of the doubt and u played me like some stupid woman....nice to my face, but did absolutely nothing to actually work on the car. Someone else fixed it btw, for 50 fucking $$ some professionals u are. I will not be back ever again

Scott said they did not diagnose his problem correctly. They told him it would cost $1,400 to fix the leak in his exhaust. He took it to another unspecified business and they said it wasn't a leak. They told him it would only cost $400. He would not recommend this business due to their lack of honesty.
