Steve said his experience with them was good. They charged him for a bit of a higher price than they originally quoted, making a $110 estimate $50 higher. However, he still likes them and would recommend them for service.

Although we are a little behind in reviewing comments, we do value our Customer's input so that we can continue to improve our Customer Service.

We think the confusion in quote may have been a misundertanding that the $110 estimate to repair was in addition to the diagnosis time. We will try to be more clear about that in the future.
