"Sparks is the place to go"
We have been taking our 13-year-old Ford Ranger to Sparks for routine servicing as well as problems for 3 years now. The service and work has been consistently exemplary. They are honest and complete the work as promised.

"Always go to Sparks!!"
I've taken my car here twice now and they always do a perfect job. The staff is very friendly and informative. They always give you the best service and price for whatever repair is needed. They never sugar coat anything or bullshit about needing extra service. Would definitely recommend!

Friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. Hans was a pleasure to deal with and kept me thoroughly informed about my options. Felt I was being told the truth and wasn't being forced to do more work than was necessary. Will go there again if/when needed.

"Hans is great!"
I am not sure how satisfied I am yet. It seems that when the tech emptied the fluid from my differential to replace it with new fluid, a "bearing" came loose. That was only detected after the fact when I returned the talk to Hans about the noise that I was hearing after my service. The explanation for the noise (loose bearing) was given by the tech after he listened to the noise. I am told that another 1300$ will solve the problem. Not very happy about it after just paying 800$ for maintenance.

"Always helpful and honest"
I have had a bit of work done there on one of my cars. I was happy with the outcome of both repairs. I didn't feel over sold or pressured into any of the repairs. I was even told that some of them I could probably due though i chose not too due to time. I had a followup issue that was addressed and determined that it was not an issue from the repair but a result if it being done correctly. I am a guy the prefers to do his own maintenance rather than farm it out. In this case I don't regret the decision.
