Hykeem said that there was piece missing on the front emblem of the vehicle but they did fix that problem. There was also a screw missing under the hood. Hykeem had to call to see when his vehicle was going to be ready. He was not satisfied with the communication because he had to call the business.

We always ask that you call us at your convenience for updates, otherwise, we will call you the day before your vehicle is to be ready. We are in the process of implementing a system which will allow customers to check the status online, choose to receive email alerts about progress on vehicles, or just call! Hopefully this will be up and running soon.
