Review for Sprayglo Metropolitan Parkway
Nathan R. on 06/03/2011
Nathan said he rated his overall experience with the business so low because someone went through his vehicle like they were looking for something. They ransacked it, turned it upside down and even went through his glove box and he wonders what they were looking for they did not even bother to put everything back and he is kind of upset about it. The quality of the repair was beautiful. He has to go back to the business because he has to slam his door twice to get it to shut and it is just a minor adjustment.

We take pride in the fact that most of our employees are long term and we have had no employee theft problems. Please let us know immediately if anything is missing. We have a security system and can monitor the recordings from cameras placed in all areas of our shop and parking lot. We will be looking into this and will be in touch with you soon. Please keep in mind when bringing in a vehicle that the location of a manufacturer's color code varies greatly. They are normally located in easy access locations like under the hood or in the driver's door jamb on japanese cars. however, american made vehicles often have the color code located under the spare tire cover in the bottom of the trunk, in the bottom of the glove compartment, or in the bottom of the console. We sometimes have to dig through personal belongings to access these areas to find the color code, but always try to leave your things as they were when we are finished. Please excuse us if you believe this was a possibilty. Also, please remember anytime you leave your vehicle with anyone, remove any valuables and cash from the vehicle first!
