Service Manager is Horrible
The person who checked me in, was excellent professional and kind. My car was completed quicker than anticipated, however due to the Service Mgr at this location, I will NEVER return. He was rude and condescending to me. While in the waiting room, he yelled and berated his staff, in front of customers. He is obnoxious, unprofessional and a bully!! He is the reason I will not return. The sales department is great, I bought 2 previous cars from Springfield in 2005 and 2007 and most of the rest of the staff are kind and friendly.

              I am sorry you overheard me repermanding a Service advisor, But If I am Not mistaken you came in at 4:00 pm for repair other then the 2 recalls you were not aware of. I was explaining that we may have to bring you back for the one do to the time it takes to preform. what you are not aware of is the writer that helped you is new and does not explain things properly to customers yet do to his youth, I believe we preformmed all of your services including both recalls. You were out in a timely fashion and to state I should be fired is a bit much. What I was trying to acomplish is to get you handled in a timely fashion and done correctly. Which was done.
