Efficient Service!
I cannot give a strong review for my attempts to get help with my malfunctioning factory installed car alarm on my elantra via phoning in. Couldn't get a call back from a service writer and was told they did no work on aftermarket alarms. I tried to clarify in a message that it was a factory installed alarm on my car that I had purchased from this dealership. So, I decided to simply set up an appt. via the internet service and that was the charm. I brought the car in. Dealt directly with a wonderful service writer who simply listened to my description of the problem. The mechanics/techs went right to work and my alarm was fixed and a new remote was programmed to work with it. A second service writer took over for the first gentleman and he was just as thorough. Overall, the great direct experience more than makes up for the shaky response to my phone calls.
