Engine Problem after I brought it in for recall!
I brought my vehicle in because I received multiple emails that a recall service was due on my vehicle, "my vehicle was running fine." I took my vehicle to Springfield Hyundai for the recall issue and they returned the car back to me, saying that everything was ok; not long after the engine light came on and the vehicle started idling rough. When I reached out to the dealership, the acted like there was no issue, but then they called me back and said that there was an issue and to bring the car back (which we did yesterday)! They are now telling me that they want to do the repairs under warranty!

The other issue I have is that I have two small children (one 7yrs old and one 3 mos) and I told them that I really need my car! This dealership did not arrange for me a rental, but yet I see here in other posts that customers received rental vehicles! Why an I being treated differently? I have an extended warranty!
