Rosendo said the staff at this business were very good and knowledgeable. However, he was charged $515 for a tune up and they only changed the spark plugs and condenser. The wires were not changed and he would like a refund.

I spoke to Rosendo about the problem, explained that his truck does not have ignition wires, it has ignition coils for each spark plug and they only get replaced when they fail, due to the cost of each  ignition coil costing $70 each. As far as the bill I reviewed and labor which was 3 hours to replace spark plugs at a total of $289.50,  one ignition coil $ 69, & 8 spark plugs @ a total of $126.64 , shop supplies $15.81, tax $14.18 came to a total of $515. Everything seems to be fair, hope the explanation has helped clarify the confusion
