Money is NOT their bottom line
How wonderful it is to have an auto mechanic who treats your business as valuable, who goes the extra mile to fit you into their schedule, who provides service with a smile and who sees an opportunity to give a deep discount on labor and takes it. If your mechanic is friendly, has a clean waiting room with complimentary beverages, knowledgable trained staff and goes the extra mile for your service needs then by all means, stay put, but if your looking for real people who treat you like a real person instead of a credit card, stop in to see Greg, Bob and the whole team.
