The always dreaded service department visit. We all play this out in our head: You enter the service department and expect the advisors to be on the phone giving you the "1 minute" finger, followed by the "you're bothering me while I'm busy stare" when they get off the phone. Well, you can expect to NOT have this experience at Sterling Hyundai. I have come in 2 times recently, 1st for oil change and 2nd for oil change and tire rotation/balance. I was greeted by 2 service advisors that seemed happy to be at work. Even as they were drinking only their first cup of coffee for the day. Once I voiced my needs, I was quickly asked if I needed a FREE ride to anywhere I needed to go. I declined and stayed in the waiting area. During my wait time, I was asked by 3 different employees, one who seemed to be a manager, if I would like any coffee, soda etc. One employee went as far as to ask myself and another customer how our days were going and actually listened and carried on a conversation with us. As far as the wait, I was told over a hour due to needing our tires rotated and balanced. I had nothing to do that morning so I opted to stay. Well, they were wrong on the time....it was under a hour, apprx 40 minutes. Yes, I know that there are places that offer all that for less time but remember, some of those places are "Joe Blow" that can really care less and does NOT pay attention to detail on your car. Here, you have licensed workers who have to pay attention to detail. I feel much better bringing my car to a place like Sterling Hyundai than my around the corner oil place and have my wheels fly off or oil drip out on my drive home because "Joe" forgot where that cap he found was supposed to go.

So in short, or long review as it turned out, I highly recommend you take the time and give Sterling Hyundai a chance. Great staff, clean facility and in MY personal opinion, believe they do a good job.
