James said he brought his vehicle to this business after getting a tune-up at another business and his engine started to misfired. The other business could not figure out why it was misfiring. The diagnostic this business ran indicated one spark plug the other business installed had a hair-line crack it. They put in one new spark plug which solved the misfiring issue. It cost him $100 for the diagnostic and the plug, but a dealership would have been more expensive. This business does good work.
