"OIL CHANGE"
When we got there, we were told that there was a 2 hour wait, even though we made an appt. for 9:30AM. We were told why, and we were very OK with it. They said the car would be ready by 11:30, and it was, as they promised. We are going there again for our next maint. on our 2017 Tuscon.

I was informed that it was a modem problem in house not a total provider problem. To be informed that I can get a NYS inspection anywhere was neither informative or comforting at the time as it was scheduled with the oil change. As with anyone else your time is valuable

"Computer failure"
Could not perform state inspection due to entire system computer system failure on 8/4 . Was informed that it was down on 8/3 for 3hrs.... To have an entire business shut down due to computer failure for more than 1 hr is totally unacceptable. I would definitely be looking for a new tech. Company for an acceptable response time ... 2 trips for a state inspection is inconvenient to say the least.

    I'm sorry that your last visit was a bad experience. We really cannot perform a NY state inspection without an INTERNET connection.This outage was beyond our control as our service provider stated we would only be down for a few minutes. It was unfortunate for you and for Anthony that you were scheduled in during this time frame. Sorry for the inconvenience.

"Normally quick service. "
I always have a good experience at Sureskies, however, the staff should have some classes on customer service and cleanliness....people notice everything...when you see garbage on the floor, pick it up don't look right at it and walk over it...customer take notice of these things and shouldn't have to do it themselves.
