Didn’t think it would be worse !
Wrote 4 months ago about poor experience and now just had a worse one! I decided to try again as my family has been a loyal Suresky’s customer for over 25 years and probably bought 20 vehicles from them. They are NOT the same place.
I went on line to schedule an appointment to schedule service. I received an acknowledgement and that someone would get in touch with me in the morning. No one did. I emailed them and after a couple of back and forth was told that they were having problems on their end with notifications. Ok- no problem ..,
I wanted July 11 and they said not until 7/24 … I was told that it was drop off only .., I said I wanted to wait
They said I would have to wait until 7/28 if I wanted to wait ..I made a sarcastic comment about having to make an appointment for the waiting room.., he suddenly remembered my last appointment and review.., he then
told me there are other places that could service my car and abruptly told me have a nice day and hung up !
I will definitely take him up on his recommendation I go some place else. Even for a new car purchase. He has affective ended a 25 -30 year relationship
