Negative conversation in regards to warranty repair.
I called to see if an item was included in my warranty. I was told the vehicle would have to be inspected to find out if the item was defective or if some sort of negligence occurred. I was then told that more than likely the damage was called by negligence and it would cost me between $700 - $1,000 to repair. This was his approximate charge to replace an OIL PAN on a 2015 Sonata.
