The service advisor was great. They're always helpful and take the time to explain everything clearly. He even checked to see if my problem with the steering wheel fell under the extended warranty, which it did, so I didn't have to come out of pocket and saved me the over $300.00 cost. Saved me the stress and my budget big time!

My wife and I were on our way back home to SW Florida after Hurricane Irma when we hit a large rock on I-75. It damaged the sidewall on our 2017 Sonata. The low air indicator on the driver front tire showed that I was loosing pressure. We pulled off the interstate and called our Hyundai dealer in Sarasota, FL. for help finding a dealer in the area we were in. The service person at Gettle Hyundai in Sarasota told us that there was a Hyundai dealer seven miles from where we were. We were able to limp to Tameron Hyundai where we were taken care very promptly. They replaced the damaged tire and we were back on the interstate within two hours of the incident. Thanks to all persons at both dealers.

Routine service: Oil change. Called the service manager but there were no appointments available. He said "come by and we'll work you in"...I did and was in and out in under an hour. That's amazing!!!!
