All about customer service
I took my Genisis Coupe in for the 110,000 service. I had questions about the quote I had been given for this major service on my previous visit because the quote seemed out of line and had included some things I had already had done recently. The service rep went over everything with me and agreeably made the necessary adjustments to the quote reducing the service charge. Because of the misunderstanding I received my car back freshly washed.
