I am wondering if you asked the other shops about the cost of diagnostics, the cost of a serpentine belt and the cost of coolant exchange? We did not just replace the waterpump. I find it hard to believe that the BMW dealership would that be much cheaper due to the fact that they charge $38.00 more per hour than we do. As far as your review we did do our best to give you the very best service, we got your vehicle in the same day, gave you a ride home, and washed your vehicle. Not to mention that the parts we used do come with a 24,000 mile 2 year warranty. We provided service worth more than one star and feel this is a misunderstanding on the pricing and would ask that you re-score us to a more appropriate rating if you can see fit to do so.
