A little disappointed
I had an appointment for 9:00 am on Monday, but when I got there I was told there were other vehicles from Friday that they had to finish first. They also had a couple vehicles dropped off on the weekend that had to be worked on. So, it was about 3 pm before I got the call to come pick up my car. I was told the noise in my car was about 90% better, but that I would need the front struts and mounts replaced to fix the clunking sounds. The estimate for the struts is $1348.76. The noise is the same as when I took the car in. They did replace the front sway bar link pin at no charge, because the part was still under warranty from last years repairs. I can't afford the price quoted to me, so I'm having the struts and mounts replaced by someone else.

We are sorry that you left feeling disappointed. We do try to prioritize all our work and Customers, we do have delays sometimes we cannot control. We took care of what could be replaced for free under your warranty, as far as cost, there will always be someplace cheaper. We do stand behind our work and parts.
