What a joy it is to have a truthful and trustworthy shop right here in my neighborhood. Don't let that fool you, their reputation extends throughout the Hampton Roads community. Taylor Automotive understands what it means to do a job right the first time and they don't take you to the cleaners on the bill. No automotive shop can survive without charging a fair price for labor. But Taylor's mechanics take your Dollar seriously and look for ways to get you repair done without unnecessary stuff added to the bill. Let me qualify my review by saying that I am a mechanic myself with 30 years experience. So I recognize a fair deal when I see it. I am glad to support this local business owner by letting them do the work that I am fully capable of doing myself. Taylor Automotive as earned my business and I highly recommend them to anyone who wants a mechanic they can trust.
