Newell, You are welcome to your view , the estimate you signed before we did anything was actually more than you were billed. The time we spend with you and as well as the time we spend inspecting your car does have a cost. Having said that you let me know what you think the charge should be. You chose to have the repair done at another facility , if we would have done the service the inspection would have been waived. You told my Service Manger that we were $300 higher than the dealer , I really don't see us being that far off there must be something we quoted that they may have not. But again contact us so we can resolve this matter..
