Kristine said there were unspecified parts missing but once she pointed them out, they fixed the issue. Her vehicle was two days late and they did not give her a reason for the delay. At first they communicated with her, but when her vehicle was late they did not explain why or how long.

Brian said the business was good. They had to go back the next day to have the radio set up. They also had to have the trunk release fixed. They had a three day delay. The business did not give them a reason for the delay.

Kathleen said they were the nicest people and very kind. They explained everything. Her vehicle was ready before the promised time. They detailed the inside, so her vehicle was clean. Mike is a nice guy. They were respectful and honest. The insurance company was exceptional. She liked working with this business, GEICO, and Enterprise.
