Spoke with Yvette. She said she was totally happy until she saw something hanging from the back of her vehicle. Her husband looked and found that a wire or tube was not reconnected or tucked in. She will be contacting the business soon to have them fix the issue.

She said when she went to pick up her vehicle it was creepy to find someone laying down in the vehicle. She chose not to evaluate the quality of the repair and the paint work but she stated the color doesn't match. She didn't file a insurance claim.

Spoke with Tony. He said they were very courteous and kind, and the vehicle was done when they said it would be. He did have to take it back because the windshield washer hose had a small hole in it. It would have been difficult to determine the hose was leaking. When the windshield washer hose was fixed the fluid was not refilled. He stated the staff was very courteous and nice to everyone.

Linda said the business did a good job and the staff was nice. However, the vehicle wasn't ready on time. She stated the repair was scheduled to take 2 weeks but they had the vehicle 4 weeks. They kept getting the wrong parts.

Olga said the overall experience was wonderful and a great job was done on the vehicle. The communication regarding the repair was excellent. There was no paint work performed on the vehicle. The delivery date was changed due to having to have the bumper replaced instead of being repaired. He did not specify the length of the delay.

Jeremiah said they were easy, convenient and did a good job. He suggested that this business send more updates on the progress of the vehicle so the customer can be better informed of the repair progress. He said he did have a small communication issue with the insurance company because they were supposed to waive the $500 deductible fee because the other insurance company assumed responsibility. Because his insurance company did not contact this business, they were unaware of the them waiving the fee. He said it was not a huge problem but it is a communication issue the insurance should be aware of.

James said this business is really the best. There was almost no waiting time and they checked his vehicle right away. They are nice and when he went to get his vehicle, it was outstanding. He appreciates them, they are excellent. He did not need to be kept informed because it was a small job. He suggested they need to cover the windows because the sun was very strong and it got hot in the waiting area.
