William said the business was very organized and focused on him and his vehicle. They got it done fast and did a good job. The only thing wrong was one of the front doors was locked and he was always trying to open it instead of the one that was unlocked.

Dennis said the repair took longer than expected. The repair was to have taken five days but they kept extending the time and it was ready in two and a half weeks. They found more damage at first and then it took some time for the insurance company to cover the new charges. Other than this, he was okay with the insurance company.

Anthony said the customer service experience he had at this business was phenomenal from the first day to the last day. They followed through with all their promises, which was amazing. They gave attention to detail and explained everything to him, which he loved. The role they played with the insurance company was great as well. The quality of the body work was great, they had the vehicle ready ahead of time, they vacuumed the inside of his vehicle, he was kept informed through text, and he would absolutely recommend them to others. He said the place of business and the staff were clean and they were outstanding.
