Spoke with Shera. She said that there was a problem with the insurance company paying for a light but things did get straightened out. The alignment is off because the vehicle is pulling to right. There was garbage left in the car seat, which was a pain to clean out.

Sandra said they were very vague in communicating the completion time of her vehicle. They were polite. The work took 2 days longer than expected. She was told first that it was a parts delay and then a delay for painting. The business looked like it was under remodel.

Spoke with Cory. He said they did not hold on to the parts taken off the vehicle. When he got the vehicle back, there was additional damage. Nobody at the business knew how it had happened or who had done it. He was not satisfied with the staff for the reasons mentioned.

Katie said she is not satisfied with the overall experience based on the paint work having to be done twice due to it not matching. She is not satisfied with the body work due to a piece on the right front fender not being put on correctly. The paint work had to be redone twice. The vehicle was promised for a Wednesday and not completed until Friday but there was no reason given for the delay. Katie chose not to elaborate as to her dissatisfaction with the appearance of the business. She would not recommend the business based on this visit.
