Spoke with Kris. She said they had her daughter's vehicle a few days longer. She took it in the Friday before Labor Day. She did not get it back until the following Thursday due to a parts delay. The vehicle looks nice and she was pleased with it.

Ian said this business' service was good, the repair was good, and they are a good business. The staff was nice. He had issues with insurance company due to a lack of witnesses and was not satisfied with them.

Sophie said she was not completely satisfied with the outcome of her vehicle. The paint work on the front of her bumper does not match the color throughout the vehicle. They did not complete the repairs the first time because of the paint job not matching the rest of the vehicle. She was not satisfied with the insurance because there is a noise that she started to hear after the accident and the insurance company has not dealt with the issue. They told her she would have to go somewhere and have it checked out herself, on her on time. She would not recommend this business because of what has already been shared.

Mohan said the vehicle was about two hours late but he does not know why. His vehicle was not completely cleaned and he had to finished it when he got home. There were stains on the windows. He was only called once, right before he picked the vehicle up.

Catherine said her vehicle needed work and this business fixed it right, it is fine now. She had to take her vehicle back after the first visit because the trunk latch was not working properly. They ordered a new lock and installed it for her. The bumper cover was not fitting quite right but they repaired that as well.

Gary said he was told the vehicle would be ready and his wife took off early in order for him to pick up his vehicle. They waited for an hour while this business tried to locate the vehicle and find out the status. The staff member who he was working with, told him the vehicle was not ready and it would be about an hour, so they could detail the vehicle. He sent his wife home to get dinner ready and about 15 minutes later, he was told the vehicle would not be ready until the next day because the alignment and the detailing of the vehicle was not done, which resulted in his wife having to come back and pick him up. The work was good but the communication was not, which resulted in the vehicle not being ready when promised.
