Brad said on a Monday, he had his vehicle appraised. He was told he would get a new bumper. However, he received a call to thank him for using a recycling type of bumper program on a Wednesday. Getting the call made him upset because he was told he would get a new bumper. Yet, the information told to him was he would have to pay for it himself as if he had no choice in the matter. If he was supposed to get the call, it should have happened on the Monday instead because he got his vehicle back and ready on the next morning. At least, they should have explained some options and to not be rude about it at the same time. Also, he was supposed to get a call from the insurance company the next day and it didn't happen. The workmanship is excellent and the administrative part of it was also excellent. If autobody work is needed again for his vehicle, he'll return back to this business.
