Arnie- I'm really sorry for the inconvenience, and I can certainly understand your frustration with what happened. It's very unusual for us to not be able to get the proper spark plugs for a specific vehicle, and so we were not aware of the problem until your truck had already come in. Unfortunately, the spark plugs are on national back-order, but we're trying to get them in as soon as we can. Your customer service called 30 minutes into the service to advise that your dealership didn,t have the necessary parts to complete the service but would do all they could and then call in couple of months to reschedule putting in spark plugs and finishing the service.
My service should not have been scheduled
if all the work could not be complete.
It hard to schedule let alone reschedule
service when you call in advance the
manager should know if all necessary parts
are available.
