"Great service"

Nancy said the business provides good service. She went to purchase new tires and she could not find the key to her lug nuts so she had to return to this business. They searched through a set of keys before they were able to find hers. She stated they must forget keys often.

"Terrible customer service by owner"
The owner is a rude man who is completely unreasonable. I have been a loyal customer for years and always bring my own oil because I use synthetic (which is synthetic). He made a mistake and used his own oil and tried charging me full price. I will not go back to this place. Disrespected and over charged.

 Ma'am, with all due respect, you are the one that made the mistake, and did not tell me that you wanted to use your own oil, I am not a mind reader.    You agreed that you did not tell me to use your own oil, simply stating that you always bring your own oil, there is absolutely no way for me to be able to know that, as I have never even seen you before.   You have a total of six invoices with us over the past 10 years.   It is in my highest opinion, that you are upset with yourself, and not me, as I did not make any mistake, I followed your orders for an oil change .   When customers come in and ask for an oil change, it is not our standard practice to say, are we using your oil today, as we probably have two customers out of the 50,000 customer database that do this

"Don't Go Here!!!"
An oil filter wrench was left loose under the hood. Could have caused a huge problem.
The oil pan drain screw was cross threaded and leaked oil.
NOT a good experience! Guess we got what we paid for.
