Terrible
They installed a new driver side mirror but in the process broke the door jam switch and I had to go to another repair shop to fix the mistake. They never admitted it was their fault and didn't seem sorry at all. They just sent me on my merry way and said they didn't have time for me.

Joe, Your complaint is only PARTIALLY true. We DID install a new driver side mirror. IN FACT we didn’t even charge you for labor to install it! We may have broken the switch, I don’t know because you haven’t brought it back for my master service tech to look at. If we did break it I am truly sorry and we will fix the problem at no charge to you. When you came back to have the door looked at a general tire tech looked at your vehicle because our service tech was off duty at the time. He wasn’t sure what was wrong with your vehicle and he suggested that you bring it back for our master service tech to look at. You never came back and never called us to tell us what happened. The part of your complaint that is ABSOLUTELY FALSE is: “They just sent me on my merry way and said they didn't have time for me.” That NEVER happened. That isn’t how we conduct business here. I have been in business here for almost 16 years. I never would have made it this far if I treated customers that way. If you will stop in the store with your receipt of the repairs that you claim we caused I will be happy to work out some sort of compensation for you.
