Spoke with Joel. He said the business told him the vehicle would be done in two weeks but it was actually done a week later than promised with no explanation as to why it was delayed. He said the business did call when the vehicle was finished and they did a good job on the repairs. He stated she couldn't tell that his vehicle was ever damaged at all.
