Disappointed
I have been a customer for several years and had a brake job done one year ago. Upon hearing a noise I returned for a oil change and check up. I was informed that I needed new brake pads on the same set of wheels that i had done a year ago. I asked if there was a warranty on this and was told "no". the first pads lasted 120,000 and the second set lasted 17,000. Does this make sense? Obviously they were defective or the installation was faulty. i ended up getting a new, different brand of pads. i think some adjustment should have been made. Other than this poor experience I have received great service.
