I was quoted $69.99 for the alignment on my Honda. Nothing was said to me about any additional charges. When I went to pay my final bill there was a charge in my bill for $3.50 for parts. I asked the technician what parts were needed in the alignment process? He said there were no parts used but this is a charge on all invoices for stuff like gloves and supplies?
I wasn't very satisfied with this answer and I viewed this as a shady practice and these cost if added to all invoices should be disclosed to the customer before you start work. This is the reason why some businesses get a bad reputation. I was trying out your business because it is close and convenient. I don't like the idea of being the one to have to ask about every hidden charge. I may not do any return business with TP auto due to the feeling of being mislead.
