Hello and thank you so much for the feedback. I'm sorry to hear about this mistake! Just for clarification, are you referring to when you brought your vehicle back to us in early April to check out the moisture concern in the back up camera? It looks like a different company than us did the installation of that component. I'm happy to coordinate repairs on this for you if there is still a need! We certainly don't want you to have to live with this condition if it is not correct! Please let me know so I'm able to coordinate this with the installing company if you'd like. They're usually very flexible and we can accommodate this with relatively short notice I'd think.
