The actual repair was fine. I don't appreciate having to wait to check in and out when there are three people working three windows but only one person can be helped. Finish your paper work during down times, don't make me stand and wait while you take care of other matters.....its call "customer service" not "wait until I'm good and ready" service. This didn't include the two workers at the "oil change only" windows who had zero customers and yet they couldn't wait on me. Very odd approach to PR.
