"Immediate Attention to Issues"
I purchased a 2015 Toyota Prius and added the Zurich package. Sometime after this was done, it appears that the humidity cause the cabin filter to mold up (as it was not a problem prior). I had called the service department a few times, but had not made the connection and only mentioned the smell. I decided to email the manager once I realized that it was possibly the humidity from the work that was done for the interior and he handled it immediately. I paid for the new filter, but they took care of the odor free of charge. THANK YOU!!!!
