"Good service most of the time"
I lost a hub cap after having the car serviced. Probably lost it when the tires were rotated or when the car was washed. We called to see if they had a stray hub cap lying around. Of course there were unable to locate our hub cap. Makes me feel sick inside because hubcaps are expensive and I just got done paying them $109 for an oil change. Other than that I have always had good service with them.
