Review for Toyota of Puyallup

"I have always been pleased with the service I have gotten at Toyota of Puyallup until my visit on 6/25/2015."
I was disappointed that they were unable to wash my car. He said it was because the broken wing window might shatter or catch on something. I asked... could they cover that window with some plastic? They said no. Then they did not vacuum the interior either. I don't understand the reason behind that though. It was a very disappointing visit.
