I took my truck in to get my 5000 mile service. When I arrived, they asked me if I wanted my car washed I said yes and they took it back. First of all, they told me it would only take an hour it ended up being close to 2 hours and then when I got it back my hood had towel streaks (like 6"x6" blocks of dirt that hadn't even been touched by a towel) on it from where it hadn't been properly cleaned. Then I was having problems with my Bluetooth which I stated prior to arrival when I set up my appointment. When I got there, one of the servicemen was able to troubleshoot my problem but when I got my car back and tried connecting my phone it wasn't working anymore. I went back inside trying to get the tech again, but because he was on the phone someone else came out to help. I was told I'd have to come back a totally different day with a different appointment when they would RIP OUT MY ENTIRE DASHBOARD to see where my wiring was faulty on my 2015 Tundra. Needless to say this isn't the first time I've had to make multiple appointments to get some mechanical problem fixed
