"Ready or Not?"
we were called and told that our car was ready. When we arrived we SAT and waited for 30 minutes more looking at other people in the waiting room.When I inquired about the car I was told the employees are at lunch and would get my car as soon as possible.I have plenty to do on my day off too. Next time please call when my car is ready, not NOT.
