"Not their finest hour (or two days)"
My 2014 Sienna had a dead battery and couldn't even charge it. We had it towed to Toyota of Puyallup as that is where we bought it. Their phone system is plain awful. You reach the first receptionist, ask for service dept, and then are directed to another receptionist where you must ask for the service dept a second time. All totaled, I called there 4 times to check on my van and had this multiple receptionist frustration each time. Not once did they apologize for the inconvenience of having their product fail. Twice on the phone, the person on the other end hung up without saying goodbye! Hardly what I would call exceptional service.

Toyota has gotten arrogant, and Toyota of Puyallup is missing some things that have made me a repeat customer. I have bought 3 vehicles there. Not sure if they make the cut for the next one.
