"Mediocre service department staff "
My last few experiences have been mediocre. Quick service staff is inexperience, paper work not filled out, paid more attention to computer problems then me as a customer, major service staff talks down to you as if they know more then I should worry myself with. The same weekend I was at the Toyota of Puyallup, I went to meet my mother at Harnish Subaru, I was shocked by the contrast in customer service, valuing each and everyone there and honoring a lifestyle for busy active people. I have been a Toyota of Puyallup customer for over 30 yrs and will likely choice Subaru for my next purchase.
