When calling service, a customer reaches a female operator. The customer asks for service. Another operator answers as "service", but she does not do anything except say that she will forward the caller to service. She forwards the caller to another operator who also answers as service. She may or may not be able to forward you to a rep. After going through this a number of time over weeks or months, it makes you appear to be pretty disorganized and unprofessional.
