Hello and thank you for the email. I'm very sorry to hear about this experience! I was able to get to the bottom of what occurred and we're going to make some corrections. The aftermarket PIAA bulbs, both headlight and foglight, were assumed to be the same part "fit" from previous generation Tundra vehicles (2013 and older). This is the first newest generation Tundra we've been asked to change the headlight bulbs on and we discovered that was not the case. The foglight bulbs were too long. We're currently putting those on hold in our parts department until PIAA is able to provide us with the correct fit bulbs. Because this was the first endeavor in replacing bulbs in a new generation Tundra, we also discovered that replacing headlights is no easy process on this. There is a support/brace bar that runs directly behind the headlam assemblies. Because of this, the entire grille and part of the front bumper require removal in order to access the headlight bulbs. We are looking into adjusting our internal labor guides to reflect this so we can properly educate our customers about the process prior to beginning. This is why we had to come out and update you as to what was occurring. Please accept my personal apologies as we are addressing this issue in order to provide better service in the future. As a courtesy in recognition of this situation, we'd like to extend an offer to you to install the foglight bulbs for no charge labor as soon as they are available from PIAA. SO MY INITIAL QUOTE WAS PARTS FOR HEADLIGHT, FOG LIGHTS AND LABORS FOR AROUND $300, BUT AT THE END OF DAY, MY TOTAL BILL WAS HEADLIGHT FOR $80 AND LABOR WAS ABOUT $180 AND TAXES.... TOTAL $297... AND HE SAID THEY DIDN'T CHARGE FOR BUMPER LABOR WHATEVER SINCE FOG LIGHT DIDN'T FIT.. ...WOW..THANKS...

NOT EVEN SATISFIED WITH HEADLIGHT AT ALL. WHAT A WASTE OF MY MONEY.. HALF OF THE PARTS AND WORK, BUT THE PRICE WAS STILL THE SAME. WHAT A RIP OFF..
