Duanetta said that her daughter took the vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation but the service person was rude and treated her like she is stupid. The lug nuts were making a lot of noise and they refused to fix it until she insisted. The vehicle was done on time but they had to go tighten the lug nuts so it took longer. The people in the office were nice. They were not happy with the tire rotation. Usually they get a good report and she cannot figure out what happened. She would recommend them but warn them about the tire rotation.

Service manager contacted customer and apologized for poor service. Most importantly, apologized for the impression the customer got that we didn't care about her concerns after she brought them to our attention. I reassured her that is not our way of doing business and sent her a free 5,000 Mile Service coupon for her next visit. Addressed and corrected mistake with service team.
