Debbie said they squirted water on the vehicle but did not dry it. There are now water spots on the windows. She was not pleased with the parts department of the business. She bought a key fob for the vehicle for around $130. The person in the parts department said she would have to have it programmed by the service department and she would have to pay for an hour of labor. She tried to find another location where she would be able to get it programmed for less money but it was not possible. When she made the appointment to have it programmed, the service advisor said the charge would be only $53. It would be nice if the parts department was better informed.
