Overcharged-misplaced coupon. When questioned was told to go find service writer. When I said that it was their responsibility to resolve was left to wait an unreasonable amount of time. I left and was called 2 hours later to say MGR approved refund. Huh? How nice of him to approve the refund for the overcharge!!!
